Adam Donroe

As a school social worker I have witnessed the suffocating hold systemic racism has on individuals, families, schools, and communities. My life’s passion has always been to support the students and families I work with on a daily basis. I now recognize that is not enough.

Adams’s Why: As a white male, I am joining 16Lyrics to educate and open myself further to becoming an anti-racist activist who is actively engaged in fighting for change. 16Lyrics provides a path to address systemic racism, I am proud to be on that path.
